Countess I and Countess II are both acrylic works on paper. These paintings use one primary color and only one other color, besides the gold details, which is couple steps lighter than the primary color. These works are 28 x 48 and were painted to be a pair and to hang side by side. These paintings also incorporate a paint that glows when the painting is in darkness to add another layer to the painting and ask the viewer to contemplate what may not be obvious or seen in light.
